Lori Kelley, Executive
Vice President, has been involved in the research industry for
nearly 25 years. Lori manages a client base specializing in
research for consumer packaged goods, service companies, retail
stores, and restaurants. Throughout her career, Lori's primary
marketing research experience has included a wide variety of
concept/product testing techniques, customer satisfaction research,
tracking research, and a multitude of ad hoc research initiatives.
Prior to joining MRSI in 1991, she spent over 10 years at the
BASES/Burke Institute where she functioned as a project manager,
research analyst and account executive. Lori has an MBA from Xavier
University with a concentration in marketing.
