Miguel O. Martinez-Baco, Vice President, Hispanic Services
Miguel O.
Martinez-Baco, Vice President, Hispanic Services, has two main
areas of responsibility. One is to consult with clients on Hispanic
research studies, provide Hispanic market insights and manage
communications regarding MRSI's Hispanic research capabilities.
Miguel's other area of responsibility is to provide qualitative
research consulting such as research design (including projective
techniques), moderating and research analysis. His expertise
involves designing, conducting and analyzing consumer perceptions,
advertising assessment and product development research. Miguel is
a Hispanic and general market bilingual/bicultural moderator with
over ten years of moderating experience. Prior to joining MRSI,
Miguel worked for three years as a project director/moderator at
the Market Segment Group where his work primarily focused on the
Hispanic market. Miguel also worked at Procter & Gamble for six
years as a product researcher. He has completed RIVA Institute's
Advanced Moderator training. He is also trained in advanced
communication mechanisms such as Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP),
hypnotherapy and metaphor elicitation techniques. Miguel has a BS
degree from the University of Puerto Rico.
